If our August couldn't get any better as well as a Friday afternoon more exciting, it did for we got the house!!!! We will own our first home as a family and continue to call Rosemount home for many more years to come!
As many of you know, we put in an offer on a home in June but being it was a short sale there was no guarantee and a chance it could take up to three months to hear back from the bank but thankfully we didn't have to wait that long! It only took a little less than two months to hear back and a month to close so as of September 24th, this will be our new home! We are beyond excited and can't wait to get settled in, take pictures and show it to everyone, especially Mason & Izabella who will each have their own room for the first time!!!! Thank you to everyone for your positive thoughts and prayers, they have been answered and we couldn't be more thankful for each and every one!!
