As I sit here with a heavy heart and tears of sadness after reading the latest post from Courtney Roth, a mother of a dying child, I beg of you to pray for this little boy, Tripp, to be taken home to heaven where he will no longer have to suffer. I know that sounds very drastic but he truly has suffered long enough and now it's time for him to rest.
I've posted on our blog before about him and his truly amazing mother and unfortunately things have only gotten worse. He suffers from a rare genetic skin disease called Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa where any friction or trauma to an area of skin or mucous membrane will cause blisters. He wasn't expected to live over a year old but is still fighting at the age of two and half and has changed the lives of so many, including myself.
