Here are our two little miracles ready to go home with us this afternoon, it was and still is so exciting to finally have them home with us! They were officially discharged this morning and we came home this afternoon. Everyone at the hospital was so excited for us as well and again, we thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for we are truly blessed and still can't believe that our dreams of having a family have come true!
