We have done a lot of things this summer and I've tried to keep up but as you can see I haven't done so well but better late than never, here is a look at the beginning of our summer fun!

We did a camping trial run with the twins while visiting our friends and they did great!  They absolutely loved the tent and we hope to take them again in the fall when it cools down.

On our way home from our friends we stopped in Red Wing and walked around.  We also got lucky with timing for the Amtrak made it's stop!  Of course, Mason loved seeing the train but it was also exciting to see myself for I've never rode on it and would like to take a family trip on one for a change and hopefully what would be a fun experience for all of us!  Next trip to Chicago maybe?!

We celebrated Daddy's birthday a little early with Nana & Papa McDonald and GG Corrine with a lunch at the Hinckley Casino buffet. 

Buds Bella & Jackson, as well as the other kiddos hanging out watching a movie so the Mommy & Daddy's could enjoy an evening together as well!

Not bad for the first month of summer but a very fun one and more to come!
