This Easter was a fun one to say the least! Mason & Izabella were very interested in all the fun things that come along with celebrating Easter which made it exciting for Mommy & Daddy too! Of course, Easter would not be complete without dyeing some Easter eggs, even if that means we crack a few too!
The Saturday evening before Easter we celebrated our friend Macy's 3rd birthday party and enjoyed another early Easter egg hunt!
Sunday morning, Mason & Izabella found a special note from the Easter bunny...
So minus the bunny ears, they grabbed their baskets and started searching! It was so fun to see their reactions and the excitement not only with words but facial expressions and their body language was priceless! Nothing gets better than a beautiful morning running around in your pj's looking for Easter eggs! If only we could do this more often!
But more than anything, it's special times like these that make you smile and brings tears to your eyes for it's something we will never forget.

After a fun beautiful morning, it was time to get ready and celebrate the true reason of Easter and get ready for church. Auntie Jenny, Uncle Justin & Blue celebrated with us too!
