It's amazing how fast life passes us by and how fast it can change. I'm reminded of that this evening as I work with a man who's life may come to a drastic change because of cancer. Yes, we've dealt with this horrible disease in our families and it's so sad to know, yet not truly realize what they have and continue to go through. It's such a helpless feeling...
So as I write this I am at a loss and brought to tears for this man and his family (with a new life on the way) for they don't know that the cancer has possibly spread to his brain. So as I write this with sadness for this man, I am once reminded how fortunate I am to have my health as well as a healthy husband and two beautiful, healthy babies who I will go home to and kiss goodnight...
