Well as you can see, our baby girl was not herself last week. Izabella had a fever last Sunday, the 11th, that didn't seem to want to go away so Monday evening we brought her in to the clinic and she was diagnosed with an ear infection. She was such a good little girl but unfortunately the antibiotic didn't help and her fever never went away and got worse that following Wednesday, the 14th. We called her pediatrician and asked them what we should do and they told us to bring her in to Children's Hospital for her fever had reached 103.6 and went up as high as 104.5 while we were waiting to hear back from our Dr. Needless to say it was very scary for Mommy and Daddy. Mommy brought her in to the ER and the poor little girl had to go through a variety of tests and labs but she was a brave little girl. After all was said and done she was diagnosed with the flu and perscribed Tamiflu. After a long week our little girl is back to herself, smiling, laughing, and being her cute little self once again!
